Apparently rumour has it that the BBC are planning to send a film crew to the sleepy town of Wrexham, seat of the Welsh Kings Of Leon. Mumblings of cameras following The Roseville Band around the town, then broadcasting what the lens captures later in the year are rife. It seems the band are in line for a chunk of time with their faces on the goggle box. We may even be treated to them performing some tunes at us through the television. We are not quite sure what they are intending to do to humour the cameras, but don't be surprised if you are treated to the odd moony. It's what great bands have always done.

Essex powerpop 4 piece Amoriste [pronounced am-or-ist] are throwing a mighty celebration in support of their EP "Under The Hours Of Satellite Towers" and forthcoming single "Saturday a.m.". The single is the opening track of the ep, which was recorded by fellow Essex boy and famed record producer Justin Scharvona [Hed Kandi, Ministry of Sound]. No, it's not a dance record. it does sound like this though:

roseville band rescheduled dublin castle show – 21 july

Rescheduled because of the football hysteria last month, The Roseville Band are now celebrating their recent release of their début album "Little Eyes In The Universe" and accompanying single "The Boxer" at Dublin Castle on Wednesday 21 July. This should be well worth the butchers hook. We for one are not going to miss it. Come join the party.

Rumour has it that the band are about to embark on releasing their second single. Watch this space...

Skyjelly, Best Band Ever With Only 13 MySpace Friends [Including Tom] are sending out a request for video footage shot on a mobile phone.

Carrying on from their successful Motorola Monkey video, produced solely on a Motorola mobile phone Skyjelly are repeating the process, this time extending a welcoming hand to all those outside the band who would like to see their personal video clips featured in the bands on-stage video projections.
